I am, Yalin Tsikun, a poet and a screenwriter.
I found my own unique voice that's a mixture of gothic-esq scenery, a dream-like description and a lot of mythological influences.
Finding a unique writing style and niche is the first thing a writer needs to do. After that it is time to write and send it out to the world, but it's not as easy as it sounds.
After tons of writing blockages and infinete declines from magazines I decided to create a place where I can share my writing with the world and also help you. Yes, you!
Besides publishing my own original poems and articles I also publish other writers. This is a place for everybody. You can send your works to my Instagram, which is linked below, or send me an email. I do themed issues so not everything is always on the spot, but let me get to know you and your work so I could find the perfect place for it.
Take a moment to review my external publications on these blogs and websites
A platform for writers to easily find magazines, to submit their works and create online portfolios
A space for the writing community, where you can find resources for writers. My essay about Gothic literature is published there
A space for young creatives and those who have been pushed aside but found a grand stage. The first literary magazine that published me.
I'm honestly offering the following services for FREE. These are based of my writing expirienence. My goal is to support other writers to enhance their writing and publishing skills, as well as capabilities

- Short stories (up to 2 pages)
- A whole poetry collection
- Short stories (up to 5 pages)
-Writing tips (worldbuilding, charcters, etc...)
- How to find inspiration
-How to publish and promote
The first book that got me into reading is "Percy Jackson and The Olympians", and since then, I purchased all of Rick Riordan's book. His books also made me fall in love with mythology, so when I heard about Madeline Miller's books I had to add them to my collection. "The Song of Achilles" is one of my most annotated books. I also own "The Iliad" and "The Odyssey" by Homer, but they are not the first classics I read or purchased.
My first classic is "The Picture of Dorian Gray" by Oscar Wilde which impacted me greately. The moment I read it I knew what I want to write about and how I want to write. I also own "Crime and Punishment" by Dostoevsky, "Dracula" by Bram Stoker, "The Phantom of The Opera" by Gaston Leroux and "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" by Victor Hugo, etc... (If you want to know the full list, follow my Literal account linked down below). Also, a good modern gothic trilogy I recommend is "House of Furies" by Madeleine Roux. I also own books by Leigh Bardugo, Marissa Meyer and Holly black.
There also few romace books (by Taylor Jenkins Reid, Emily Henry, and Jenny Colgan) and psychology books by Irvin D. Yalom.
I hope to expend my library and help you expand yours as well by recommending books.
Feedback about your writing is a very important factor for success, it helps you to learn and continuously improve.
Here is what my colleagues, friends, and readers think about my writing
"As someone who’s known Yalin for quite sometime now, I am no stranger to her writing. Writing is a form of art, which few people can create masterpieces in and Yalin’s one of the select few. When she writes, she fights with emotions and comes out victorious. Her wars with them create a beautiful mess on paper, which is something she’s always had the talent for. She writes with passion, she writes with compassion but most of all, she writes with her heart on her sleeve. I absolutely love her writing and I would have to say that I am the biggest fan of her work." IG:@stargirl4lifeee
"Such an impressive and unique way of writing, never fails to be mysterious and interesting, always writes about a wide range of topics. From diving deep into taboo topics and experiences to endearing fiction and romantic poetry. Truly a talent and a mind that shouldn't go unnoticed."
"I admire this lovely girl.
Her works touch the subtle notes of my soul, and make me look at the world differently.
Every word from her affects me, for years. These masterpieces are worthy of worldwide recognition, because the way she writes is something I have never seen before in my entire life. Thank you, Yalin, for helping me see the miraculous."

"There isn't an English word that could describe the way Yalin makes the reader feel. Each time she paints a picture using words, I stumble back from shock, stunned with the way the way the scene had become so vivid, almost as if it's playing before my eyes. She includes new genres into her writing. Sometimes it's dark, and other times I'm holding onto the edge of my chair and biting my nails from excitement.
Without further ado, ladies and gentlemen, her."
